Daniel has served on five publicly traded company boards: Ligand Pharmaceuticals, POGO Producing Co, Massey Energy, Yahoo, and Sotheby’s, where he helped oversee the successful sale of the company.

Mr. Schwartz is presently a director of NextSilicon, Verbit, Sysdig, Kentik, Kumu Networks, Aryaka, R2 Semiconductor, YellowBrick Data, Ushur, and Trullion.

Dan is a Partner at Third Point Ventures focusing on investments in devops, infrastructure, next-gen gaming, and cybersecurity. He is currently a director on the boards of DataGrail and Blameless and led Third Point Ventures’ investment in Genvid and observes that board. In addition, he currently observes the boards of Sysdig and NextSilicon. Previously Dan was involved in Third Point Ventures’ investments in Ahana (acquired by IBM) and CipherTrace (acquired by Mastercard).

Curtis is a Partner at Third Point Ventures, focusing on investments across the IT and Data Infrastructure landscapes. He is on the board of Atom Computing, Balbix, Banyan Security, and Unravel Data.

Sapir Harosh is currently a director on the board of Grip Security. Sapir joined TPV from Pitango, Israel’s largest venture capital fund with over $2.5 billion under management. During her time at the fund, Harosh was involved in 20+ investments in early-stage tech start-ups, overseeing 8 of them from sourcing to transaction. She also served as an observer in the boards of 7 companies, including Komodor, PayEm, Frontegg, Swimm, and companies that are still in stealth mode.
